Management System
Realizing the necessity of applying advanced quality management methods, in 1998 there was intensified activity in development and implementation of Quality System and in November 2000 our enterprise was the first in chemical fiber industry in the CIS to obtain Certificate of its quality system compliance with the requirements of International Standard ISO 9001-94.
During 2003 – 2009 there were successfully implemented and certified:
1) in 2003 - Quality Management System (QMS) for compliance with the requirements of International Standard ISO 9001:2000.
2) in 2005 - Environmental Management System (EMS) for compliance with the requirements of International Standard ISO 14001:2004.
3) in 2009 - Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) that complies with the requirements of standard OHSAS 18001:2007, Quality Management System (QMS) for compliance with the requirements of International Standard ISO 9001:2008.
In 2012 implementation of requirements of technical specification ISO/TS 16949:2009 intended for suppliers of automotive industry was started at the enterprise. In 2014 Quality Management System at designing and production of polymer composite materials was presented to the certification audit. Following the results of the audit, the QMS was acknowledged to be compliant with the requirements of technical specification ISO/TS 16949:2009. In 2015 the certification scope was extended to the designing and production of dipped cord fabric.
In July 2018 there were performed certification audits of Quality Management System (QMS) for compliance with the standard of automotive industry IATF 16949:2016, international standard ISO 9001:2015, Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) for compliance with requirements of standard OHSAS 18001:2007, Environmental Management System (EMS) for compliance with the requirements of International Standard ISO 14001:2015.
In 2019, 2020 while performing supervision audits there was acknowledged compliance with Quality Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System and Environmental Management System.
In 2021 there were performed certification audits of Quality Management System (QMS) for compliance with the state standard STB ISO 9001-2015, standard of quality management system of automotive industry IATF 16949:2016, international standard ISO 9001:2015, Environmental Management System (EMS) for compliance with the requirements of standard STB ISO 14001-2017, Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) for compliance with requirements of standard STB ISO 45001-2020, ISO 45001:2018.
In 2022, 2023 while performing supervisory audit there was acknowledged compliance with Quality Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System and Environmental Management System.
JSC "Grodno Azot" Branch "Khimvolokno Plant" develops and improves management systems in order to keep further steadily a worthy place in the market among manufacturers of cord fabrics, industrial and texturized yarns, polymer composite materials and polyamide-6.
Note: Whereas the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Belarusian State Centre for Accreditation” terminated its membership in the European Co-operation for Accreditation (EA) as well as in the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), the IAF MLA combination mark applied to the certificates of compliance of Standards STB ISO 9001 – 2015, STB ISO 14001-2017, STB ISO 45001-2020, ISO 45001:2018 has become invalid since November 26, 2023, the status of validity of the certificates of compliance remains.
